About the studio
We are a small Kyiv-based studio focused on one discipline: wedding-day coordination. Since 2017 we have stood behind the scenes of celebrations across Ukraine, managing timelines, vendors, and family communication so couples can stay inside the moments they planned for months.

Our philosophy
Couples often tell us the day felt effortless. It was not effortless — it was prepared. Our philosophy is that a calm wedding day is engineered in the weeks before it: confirmed windows, named decision-makers, and a coordinator who absorbs the logistics traffic before it reaches the couple.
We would rather make forty phone calls in the final two weeks than one announcement on the day. Every vendor receives arrival windows, access notes, and a named contact, so the schedule has structure before the first guest arrives.
Guests should remember the vows and the speeches, not the logistics. We work at the edge of the room — cueing musicians from the doorway, redirecting deliveries to service entrances, and solving timing slips in quiet conversations.
A mother should not be directing florist placement. A best man should not be negotiating with the caterer. We take the questions, the decisions, and the small emergencies so the people closest to the couple can simply be present.
The team
Every engagement is led by one senior coordinator from first confirmation to final handoff. Behind them, a small bench of assistants and specialists steps in for larger guest counts, multi-site days, and second-location logistics.
Founder and lead coordinator
Olena began in hotel events management in Kyiv before moving into weddings in 2015. She has personally led more than 140 celebration days and still runs the consultation and final-confirmation call for every couple the studio takes on.
Logistics and vendor operations
Dmytro came to the studio from live-event production, where he ran load-ins for concerts and conferences. He owns the vendor matrix: arrivals, access, power, staging, and the unglamorous details that decide whether a timeline holds.
Guest experience and family liaison
Iryna spent six years in guest relations at a five-star Kyiv hotel. On the wedding day she is the person grandparents, wedding parties, and VIP guests meet first — guiding seating, lineup moments, and family photos with warmth and precision.
Experience
Our coordination work covers the formats Ukrainian couples actually choose: restaurant receptions in central Kyiv, ceremonies in historic churches, garden celebrations along the Dnipro, and full-weekend estate weddings outside the city. Each format has its own failure points, and our preparation checklists reflect all of them.
Home base is Kyiv and the surrounding region. We regularly coordinate in Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv, and countryside venues within a day's travel. Long-distance coverage is planned with arrival buffers and local vendor backups, and any travel conditions are stated clearly in the proposal.
We keep working relationships with more than ninety photographers, videographers, florists, musicians, rental teams, and transport providers across Ukraine. That network matters most when something changes late — a replacement musician, an extra shuttle, a rush order on printed materials.
Working together
Couples meet us once or twice before the wedding, but feel our presence most on the day itself. Here is the shape a typical engagement takes, from the first call to the moment we hand the celebration back to you.
One date, one couple
A lead coordinator never covers two weddings on the same date. When your day is booked, it is closed in our calendar.
First call
A thirty-minute consultation about your date, venue, guest count, and where you need operational help. You leave with a clear yes, a clear no, or a scoped proposal.
Prep window
We collect vendor agreements, build the run of show, confirm every arrival window, and become the contact your vendors and family call instead of you.
Wedding day
From first vendor check-in to final handoff, your coordinator runs the schedule, cues every transition, and keeps logistics away from the celebration.
After the day
Within a week you receive a closing note: vendor departures confirmed, personal items returned, open balances flagged, and anything that needs your attention in one short list.
